What you can expect when a Border Magic® franchise installs your new Concrete landscape Edging.

The first step for your local Border Magic^® franchise business design consultant is to learn about your plans for your yard or garden. Your Border Magic^® franchise consultant will discuss with you the various options available to you and, together, you will create a custom design specifically for you. Your certified franchise business consultant will create an official quote based on the design that you have created. There are no surprises with Border Magic^®. You know your investment even before installation begins.

After the design has been finalized, every step is taken to minimize any disturbance to your property. All equipment and material is aboard a self contained Border Magic^® production trailer. Nothing larger than a wheelbarrow is in your yard. Concrete will be mixed on site, eliminating waste and the need for heavy concrete trucks and equipment

Your local Border Magic® Franchise business will then remove the sod from the beds that will be created and form the areas that the concrete landscape edging will be installed. This is done using a professional sod cutter and goes very quickly.

Once the sod has been removed, your local Border Magic® Franchise team begins installing your concrete landscape edging. This is when the color of your concrete landscape edging is added. Of course, your local Border Magic® franchise design consultant will always work with you to select the color that works best for your situation and will work to match the color of other landscape features, if desired. Using our professional, heavy-duty concrete extruding machine, the installation team creates the concrete landscape edging as you specified.

Once your concrete landscape edging has been installed, shading is added to make it appear more natural and then it is sealed. The actual installation process can normally be finished within just one day.

The concrete landscape edging will cure over the next 30 days, becoming extremely hard as the concrete curing process proceeds. During the early stages of curing, it's important that the concrete landscape edging be protected from damage.
