Quality Border Magic^® Concrete Curb and Concrete Edging Equipment

The BM 2000 concrete curbing machine is designed to lay both concrete commercial curbs and residential concrete landscape edging. It can be driven from the front or one man can drive it from the back and fill the hopper with concrete at the same time. The BM 2000 concrete curbing machine can extrude concrete edging up to 3' per minute. Any one of the 26 standard molds can be interchanged in approximately under 5 minutes, with out the use of tools. Its heavy construction and additional power allows aggregate in the concrete mix for stronger concrete curbs and concrete landscape edging. The 5.5 hp Honda air cooled engine has been designed specifically for the BM Concrete curb Extruding Machine. Only one vee belt is needed between the engine and the gear box. The BM 2000 concrete curbing machines' steering is designed to level the machine on the go. Its wide stance gives it extra stability and is adjustable side to side, an additional wheel on the back makes easy transporting over rough ground, which pivots out of the way when installing concrete curbs and edging. The BM 2000 concrete curbing machine is compact to maneuver in tight spaces yet its heavy construction makes easy work of installing residential concrete landscape edging or large concrete commercial curbs. The BM 2000 concrete curbing machine can take a standard curb mix directly out of a Ready-Mix concrete truck, eliminating the need to batch mix and wheel barrow to the concrete curb machine. This makes short work of large jobs. It's designed for low maintenance and easy cleaning.

Our concrete curb extruder is, by far, the highest quality available today. A wider stance and larger tires result in more control over rough terrain. Our concrete curb extruder comes with a 5.5HP Honda engine with a cast iron flywheel, heavy duty sealed gear box and a bronze slide bar on friction points which results in smoother operation and longer life.

A longer concrete curb extruder like ours eliminates peaks and valleys in the concrete landscape edging that you see with other, smaller units. Also, a heaver machine like the one used by Border Magic^® means you get more concrete curb compaction which equates to a much stronger finished product. Even with the larger unit, the steering has been designed so one person can fill the hopper and drive at the same time which reduces labor costs.

This concrete curb machine prototype will do 4' & 5' sidewalks, also curb & gutter.

The large hopper on our concrete curb extruder is much easier to fill than smaller units. In fact, it can be filled directly from a concrete truck, if desired, without fear of it tipping over or spilling.

We also offer our franchise businesses one of the best sod cutters on the market. Our Pro Lite 12" sod cutter is great for even the toughest jobs. This unit is easy to operate and very durable.

We manufacture our own concrete curb production trailers and concrete curb extruders, with molds and accessories, in our factory. This ensures we meet our high standards in design and quality control. By manufacturing in-house, we have total control of quality, production time and research & development. We also have the ability to make custom molds with a quick turnaround time.

Our custom concrete curb trailer uses anodized aluminum wheels mounted on two 7000lbs floating axles with electric brakes on both axles. There is easy access to grease the wheel bearings.

Lockable storage area for concrete curb tools and equipment

The large, secure weather tight enclosed cargo area can be accessed from both sides. It has double-ply aluminum doors and a slide-out removable steel ramp for easy loading and unloading.

Rock guards on the front nose of the concrete curb trailer along with diamond plate fenders and running boards will keep your trailer looking sharp with less maintenance requirements. The built-in tail lights eliminate potential damage to the wiring. The concrete curb trailer comes complete with the Border Magic^® logos customized specifically for you.

As part of our concrete curb trailer construction, available in gooseneck or pintle hitch, we include a custom 7 cu. ft. concrete mixer with an 8HP Honda engine. The mixer can easily pour directly into a wheelbarrow by one person. Conveniently behind the mixer is a stainless steel hopper tray for sand. At the back end of the sand hopper is a gravity feed that eliminates the need to climb in and out of the sand container.

Covering the sand hopper is a custom heavy duty tarp that keeps material clean and dry and eliminates sand blowing out onto the highway.
